MFT Sketch Challenge

Hi All,

Today's card will be entered in the My Favourite Things Sketch Challenge!

Using my distress inks i created a water coloured background for my card. I then added droplets to the page to lift up some of the colour! I used the Wplus9 Silver Bells stamp & die set to cut out the stamped images and also the sentiment. Todays card is honestly one of my favourite holiday card to date. I love that its simple yet elegant.

Products used

Faded Jeans, Peacock Feathers & Mermaid Lagoon Distress Inks
Cucumber Crush & Watermelon Wonder Stampin Up Inks
Versafine Onyx Black ink (for the sentiment i stamped in this ink and added clear embossing powder over the top)
Rosalie Whimsy Farm Twine
Stampin Up Whisper White Cardstock
110lb Neenah Solar White Cardstock
Versamark Ink & Ranger Liquid Platinum Embossing Powder (for the box on the bell)
Tombow Mono Adhesive
Stampin Dimensionals

And thats it for todays card!!!

Happy crafting peeps :)

Simon Says Stamp: Monday Blog Challenge

Hi All,

Todays card post will be entered into the Simon Says Stamp Monday Blog Challenge - Wonderful Watercolour.

a

To make this card I used some watercolour paper and peerless watercolours. I added a layer of colour onto the paper, then set it to dry. Once it had dried I then went back with a second layer of colour to create a more intense background. Once the second layer was dried I added a polka dot stencil (made with my Silhouette Cameo machine) and used a baby wipe to dab away some the colour.

Using my Silhouette Cameo Machine I cut out the work Merry in silver foil cardstock and 4 layers of white card stock to add some dimension.

Adding the word Christmas stamped onto some white cardstock and sequins this card was done!!

Other supplies used

Simon Says Stamp Holiday Hellos
Lawn Fawn Black Licorice Ink Pad
Simon Says Stamp 120lb White Cardstock - Card Base
Stampin Up Whisper White Cardstock
Tombow Mono Adhesive
Stampin Dimensionals
4mm & 6mm Clear Sequins from Pretty Pink Posh
Tombow Snail Adhesive

Thanks for stopping by....happy crafting!!
